Poolside assistant - Beacon Hill (Saturdays)

Nemo Swimming is looking for a friendly, bubbly and outgoing person to join its growing team as a poolside assistant.

The role will be based at Beacon Hill School (Wallsend). Saturday 8.15am - 1.15pm (5 hours per week). Term-time only.

What would the role involve?

Meeting and greeting our swimmers (babies & toddlers… and their grown-ups, of course!) with a big smile and pools of enthusiasm

Acting as the first point of contact for any questions or concerns from customers on poolside (don’t worry, we will provide you with training and there will always be somebody else there to support you!)

Administering basic first aid, if and where needed

Marking customer attendance as they arrive for their lessons

Performing light cleaning duties as and when required

What are we looking for?

Somebody who is super-smiley and outgoing

Somebody who enjoys working with children (and their grown-ups, too!)

Somebody who is comfortable working on their own and using their initiative to address challenges

Somebody who is 18+ years

Somebody who is able to commit to working every Saturday (term-time only) between 8.15am and 1.15pm
